As ITC / IEC organizer I assume and acknowledge the following.
· I commit to charge the candidates the training fee according to the IKO ITC/IEC recommended price mentioned in the ITC/IEC organization PDF.
· I will pay the IKO on day 1 of the course the corresponding IKO fee per candidate. I understand that if I do not pay the ITC fees to the IKO within 5 days after the ITC started, I will be charged an extra 200 $ / 150 € / 100 £ for administration charges.
· I commit to properly inform the candidates on the prerequisites to attending the course, the language in which the ITC will be, and to collect the necessary supporting documents 2 weeks prior to the course.
· I will not book candidates who do not meet the prerequisites.
· I will not book more than 8 candidates per ITC, 12 candidates for Powerkite ITC, and 12 candidates for IEC.
· I will fill out the names of the candidates on the summary table and give it to the examiner at the beginning of the ITC.
· I will mention that it is an IKO ITC course when advertising the course.
· 30 days before the training scheduled date, I commit to cover the examiner’s expenses for the course such as flight ticket reservation or any other travel expenses.
· The school is insured for kiteboarding activities.
· Only IKO Examiner may run the training course

Kurs IKO ITC WSZĘDZIE na świecie powinien kosztować TYLE SAMO - taka jest polityka IKO, również lojalnościowa dla klientów, właśnie po to, żeby nie było takich sytuacji.
Co zamierzamy zrobić ? Oczywiście poinformujemy IKO o zaistniałej sytuacji, bo jeżeli możliwe staną się upusty dla klientów, być może również nad tym pomyślimy. Jednak na pewno NIGDY nie będziemy robić kursów PO kosztach i wbrew kontraktowi zawartemu z IKO.
