My experience with this product: 1-5 sessions (first impressions)
I have just come off a Cape doctor 175 ( same shape as Wipika Orly)which is a few years old. I am just starting to do backloop kiteloops and board offs but felt that the length of the board was holding me back. I have now bought a Jaime Pro 128. I have ridden this board 4 times in varing conditions ranging from 26 knots to 13 knots, flat water to waves. First impressions of this board are excellent. Upwind abilty is very good, i think partly due to the fairly big fins that are on this board.
The 26 knot day was in relatively flat water and I found that it held extremely well with a Cabrinha 8.
The 13 knot day I was riding with a North Rhino 4 12 meter and under powered but once i was on a wave it was excellent. The waves were head high and the wind was cross shore. I was able to pull 6 off the lips on one wave and I haven't been able to one before.
This report may be slightly influenced by the step down in length from 175 to 128. But so far I am very pleased with the new board, plus the looks are storming."
